Old Man Bailey will be teaching and hosting seminars at The Bailey Barn-House!

Will Start In The Fall of 2024.

      Imagine a Friday evening, all day Saturday, and half the day on Sunday at the Bailey Barn-House near Corydon, Indiana!

      I will be teaching, inspiring, and answering questions to a small group of people multiple times a year. Each group will be a minimum of 5 couples, up to ten couples. The maximum amount of people at each seminar is 20 and  the minimum is 10.

       We will NOT be signing folks up for seminars right now, but if you are interested in coming to one in 2024 just click the notification. We will let you know when you can start signing up. All couples must buy and read the book, “Old Man Bailey” before attending the seminar. The cost of the seminar is likely to be about $500 per couple and the book is likely to be about $140. You will not be disappointed! We are going to teach you how to get started in your dream to move to the country, build a historic barn or cabin, and change the direction of your family.

WORKSHOPS

Numerous times a year there will be FREE workshops with hands-on training and building at the Bailey Barn-House near Corydon, Indiana!

       Once a couple has read the book, attended the Barn-House & Cabin seminar, they will be invited to attend any of the FREE workshops that are offered. We are going to let you chink between cabin logs, lay rock, lay block, and teach many other valuable historic building skills. This is going to be FUN and you will be doing the work. There is no better way to learn and there will be no charge.

        Obviously, workshops will not start until after the first few seminars are completed. That will be sometime during the fall of 2024.
